BlueMan Hair Studio and Grooming Centre, part of the Indigo Family of Salons, is bursting at the seams and with this growth we are looking for experienced, motivated and committed individuals to join our team.

LICENSED HAIR STYLIST -- (Full-time Day AND Part-time available)

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is for someone who enjoys AND understands our commitment to helping men look and feel better. Candidates must portray a positive, progressive image and exemplify a dedication to style, fashion, and image.

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for stylists who are flexible and committed, with a can-do attitude and should be experienced in all areas of hair design and must be proficient in Men's Hair Cutting. Candidates must also be familiar with basic color proceedures and generating retail product sales. All candidates must be able to execute services in order to accommodate the needs and time constraints of clients without compromising service, standards and sanitation.

Dependability is a must! A variety of shifts will be available, but stylists must be willing to work Saturdays, and early and/or late hours in order to comply with client demand. Stylists will be required to perform miscellaneous tasks during downtime, including restocking supplies, laundry and other related tasks.

Licensed Massage Therapist - Part time

Indigenous Spa at Indigo is seeking Massage Therapists who are skilled in the basic areas of massage, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports and Reflexology, as well as any specialty techniques that would greater enhance our philosophy of educating and servicing clients with global therapies. Please note that we will be choosing therapists who have the highest level of skills and diversity.

All therapists must be able to execute services in order to accommodate the needs and time constraints of clients without compromising service, standards and sanitation. Therapists must execute proper draping techniques for both male and female clients. Therapists must exhibit excellent communication skills in order to educate the client on their general well being and suggest retail products to enhance their service or home regimen. All therapists must be AMTA board certified and hold a current NCLMBT license.

Dependability is a must! A variety of shifts will be available, but therapists must be willing to work early and/or late hours in order to comply with client demand. Therapists will be required to perform miscellaneous tasks during downtime, including restocking therapy rooms, laundry and other related tasks.

Licensed Hair Stylist/Designer – Part time

Candidates must portray a positive, progressive image and exemplify a dedication to style, fashion, and beauty, as well as any specialty techniques that would greater enhance our philosophy of educating and servicing clients with global fashion. Please note that we will be choosing stylists who have the highest level of skills and diversity.

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for stylists who are flexible and committed, with a can-do attitude and should be experienced in all areas of hair design and must be proficient in Hair Cutting (Men and Women), Multi Dimensional Color, Foiling, Perms, Relaxers & Thermal Hair Straightening and generating product sales. All candidates must be able to execute services in order to accommodate the needs and time constraints of clients without compromising service, standards and sanitation.

Spa Nail Technician – Part time

Indigenous Spa at Indigo is seeking a NC Licensed Nail Technician who is proficient in standard nail services of grooming nails, polish application, massage and exfoliation. This may also include hand and foot treatments in addition to traditional services. All technicians must be able to execute services in order to accommodate the needs and time constraints of our clients without compromising service, standards and sanitation. Technicians must exhibit excellent communication skills in order to educate the client on their general nail health and suggest retail products to enhance their service or home regimen.

Dependability is a must! A variety of shifts will be available, but technicians must be willing to work early and/or late hours in order to comply with client demand. Technicians will be required to perform miscellaneous tasks during downtime, including restocking stations, laundry and other related tasks.

Compensation may include an hourly rate or commission, whichever is greater.
